- Emergency Services: 911## 3. AI LimitationsWhile AskLeya is built on advanced AI (Anthropic's Claude), it can make
mistakes or provide imperfect responses. Users should use their own judgment
when interacting with the companion. AskLeya is not a substitute for
professional therapy, medical advice, or human connection.## 4. How AskLeya WorksConversational Sessions:
Your conversations with Leya naturally close after you've processed what
you came to share (typically 15-20 messages). This intentional boundary
helps you release emotions rather than ruminate endlessly.Emotional Journey Tracking:
During each session, colored beads track your emotional path:
- Sacred Space (indigo): When you're brave enough to share your deepest truths
- Steady Presence (warm beige): When we're sitting together in quiet reflection
- Moment of Power (teal): When you find relief, strength, or clarityMemory & Patterns:
AskLeya remembers themes from your recent sessions (past 30 days) to
provide personalized support. Memories are brief summaries, never verbatim
conversations.## 5. Your Data & PrivacyWhat We Store:
- Your conversations (messages and emotional sentiment)
- Session summaries (brief, generic themes)
- Moments of Power you choose to save
- Your email (for account access only)What We Display:

- Attempt to exploit or manipulate the AI system
- Share your account with others
- Use AskLeya to harm yourself or others## 8. Service AvailabilityAskLeya is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend,
or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for service
interruptions or data loss.## 9. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of AskLeya after

We do not automatically delete your data. You control when to delete via:
- "Start Completely Fresh" (deletes conversations, keeps account)

data from minors. If we discover a minor's data, we will delete it
immediately.## 9. International UsersAskLeya is operated in the United States. If you access from outside the
US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US.## 10. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of
significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after
